Tower Systems comes in four levels: Startup, Standard, Advanced and Ultimate. Each level builds on the one below it. Everything in Startup is included in Standard, everything in Standard is included in Advanced, and everything in Advanced is included in Ultimate.

Every level includes unlimited products, unlimited customers and unlimited turnover.

There is no charge based on how much you sell, and there is no per-transaction fee on EFTPOS sales.

Every level also includes 24/7 support from real people based in Australia and New Zealand, a dedicated onboarding specialist, one-on-one training and free e-learning.

Every level includes access to humans. While that may sound odd, too many software companies today make it close to impossible to speak with a human. The Tower Systems commitment to human access is a genuine differentiator.

Another difference about Tower is that there is no lock in contract. You can rent for 30 days, and cancel. You are not locked in.

Standard, Advanced and Ultimate include unlimited terminals; Startup is limited to two.

Tower Systems is purpose-built for specialty retail, with more depth in stock management, loyalty, reporting and specialist sales than a general POS system.

The Startup level suits new and smaller businesses. It includes the core point of sale, stock, customer and reporting tools, with no per-transaction fees, and is limited to two terminals. Everything Startup includes is listed below.
