How to Access the Insights Dashboard
The Insights Dashboard is built directly into Tower Systems Retailer. No installation, no configuration, no additional software.
- Open Tower Systems Retailer and log in from the main screen.
- Navigate to Reports → Insights Dashboard from the top menu.
- Each of the six panels loads automatically with your live data. Click into any panel to explore filters, date ranges, and drill-down charts.
- Act on what you see — adjust orders, reposition stock, update rosters, or investigate audit anomalies without leaving the software.
AI-Powered Report Analysis
From Retailer version 3.4.4.0, Tower Systems integrates directly with leading AI models to analyse your reports and surface deeper recommendations.
Preview any report in Retailer and click the AI Analysis button. The software sends your data to your chosen AI provider, returns a plain-language analysis, and presents actionable recommendations based on your actual trading figures.
