Meetings.
We offer two types of user meetings, Face to Face and Online.
We run several online meeting each week across wide range of subjects. These are an excellent way for you and your staff to learn about a specific area of the software. To participate in an online meeting all you need access to is a computer with a broadband Internet connection and a phone to receive a call so you can hear the audio. Each session runs for approximately 45 - 60 minutes depending on your questions.
The face to face meetings are held two or three times a year in capital cities and regional centres across Australia. These usually coincide with major software updates and included training and a question and answer section. The face to face meetings are an excellent way to stay informed about changes in the software and learn not only from the experts but other users as well. These sessions will run for approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours depending on your questions.
