About Us

Tower Systems was founded in 1981 by Mark Fletcher. Our goal then as now is to help independent small retailers unlock greater success from their businesses. The Tower heroes are the more than 40 professionals providing development, training, customer service, accounting and marketing services to the 2,000+ small businesses which partner with Tower.

Our Head Office is in Elsternwick, Victoria and we have branch offices with local sales and support services in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

The company has a strong management infrastructure thanks to key long term employees who understand the culture of small business and champion the culture of Tower Systems.

The years since 1981 for Tower have been successful thanks to excellent software backed by exceptional service. That many clients are repeat customers is testament to the Tower team delivering on goal of exceptional service.

While our focus is on four marketplaces - newsagents, jewellery retailers, bike retailers and hair salons - we also have systems installed in convenience stores, wholesalers, bottle shops and book retailers.

Software Development

We design and develop our own software and have a highly skilled programming team in house for this purpose. We have specialists for each marketplace. We develop in the Delphi language from Borland. We are very active in encouraging our users to guide development by making suggestions on how we might enhance the software to better serve their needs.

Support

Our customers can call us for support 24 hours day 7 days a week. After the first year there is an optional annual support fee. - this includes software updates. Our website is rich with self help information
